Le chien a envahi la ville.... Les zones urbaines sont de plus en plus peuplées par des habitants à quatre pattes et cela ne va pas sans poser parfois des problèmes. Ces problèmes existent aussi, dans ces zones semi-campagnardes même s'ils sont moins pressants, moins visibles.
Alors, sous différentes pressions, des médias, des populistes, des politiques, des opportunistes, on exergue le moindre problème, on en rajoute des tonnes et si par grand malheur, une vie est brisée, l'opprobe est suralimentée, dans une surenchère médiatique incorrecte, où les erreurs se multiplient, où l'on accuse le chien, cet auxilaire de tous les maux, en oubliant l'essentiel : Un chien ça s'éduque, ça se comprend, ça obéï..
Alors déjà maître ou futur maître, il est temps de donner une image différente des propriétaires de canin, une image de personnes responsables, impliquées, qui connaît l'animal qu'il aime. Une image d'un propriétaire informé et respectable, qui prend en compte les problèmes posés par les chiens à ceux qui n'en ont pas, à ceux qui ne les aiment pas, à ceux qui en ont peur....
Il faut savoir expliquer, patienter et comprendre que les autres ont d'autres avis, car l'écoute et l'échange dans le respect, améliorent imanquablement la compréhension de l'autre et donc la cohabitation pacifique et harmonieuse.
Pour cela, je m'engage en tant que propriétaire de chien, j'assume mes chiens dans le respect des autres, ainsi je pourrais réclamer et obtenir le respect à mon tour.... et la compréhension.
J'éduque mon chien pour qu'il trouve sa place et respecte les humains
Je ne considère pas mon chien comme un être humain, mais je respecte son statut de canin pour son bien et l'harmonie de sa vie
Je tiens mon chien en laisse et respecte les personnes que je croise. J'anticipe la phobie des gens vis à vis des chiens
Je suis disponible pour expliquer le canin, patiemment, avec pédagogie et malgré les réticences et les peurs
Je respecte l'environnement et me préoccupe des déjections de mon chien
Je ne fais pas reproduire mon(a) chien(ne) pour le plaisir, faire naître est un acte grave
Un chien n'est pas une arme, ni un jouet.......
Je fais œuvre de civisme et de citoyenneté, pour convaincre, je m'engage à respecter tout ou partie de ces engagements
